As part of our development team, you will assume process responsibility for the application and further development of agile methods.
Key aspects of your job
- You are responsible for the implementation of agile work processes and related techniques.
- In your role, you are an ambassador for the agile culture, successfully removing obstacles and actively contributing to achieving the teams' goals.
- You identify potential for improvement and drive change to increase team productivity.
- You work at eye level with developers, product owners and other stakeholders.
You're a perfect fit for our team if you.
- have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and at best a certificate in the Scrum environment.
- Practical experience in the use of agile tools such as Jira and Confluence bring.
- are strong communicators and with your empathy maintain a trusting relationship with the teams.
- ideally have several years of experience in the software environment and / or a good technical understanding.
