IT application support (m / f / d) in the healthcare sector - focus on laboratory systems
UKSH Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH, based in Lübeck, provides all IT services for the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH), supporting cutting-edge medicine and research at Schleswig-Holstein's largest employer.
Our service portfolio includes, among other things, support for administrative and clinical systems, including customizing of applications, as well as the provision of IT infrastructure, service desk and IT support.
In addition, we also provide IT services to UKSH subsidiaries and other external customers.
Come join our team at the Lübeck campus and support us as soon as possible in full-time (part-time is possible in principle).
What awaits you :
- Become part of our team for the support software IMP Eurolab and Nexus Pathology.
- Contribute to the configuration and further development of the systems
- Support in project work / sub-project management
- Responsibility for user*in and application support.
- Execution of release tests, planning and implementation of software updates.
- Preparation of training materials and internal documentation
- Analysis and troubleshooting in the context of second-level support.
- Participation in on-call duties
What you bring to the table :
- Completed IT training with a focus on application support, alternatively training as a medical technician with a strong affinity for IT or degree in medical informatics.
- Enjoy working in a team, communication skills and commitment
- You have been able to gain initial experience in project work / sub-project management
