Our client, a leading global ICT service provider, is recruiting for an Application Maintenance Delivery Head to join their business inSpain.
Position Overview :
As an AM Delivery head with ITIL experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the technology infrastructure and operations for telecom stack spanning 200+ applications across BSS and OSS.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and services, aligning them with the overall business objectives.

Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define roadmaps and future initiatives.
Team Leadership :
Lead and manage a high-performing IT operations team involving Level2 and Level 3.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Infrastructure Management :
Overseas infrastructure maintenance for pre-production environments
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of systems and networks.
Operational Efficiency :
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Security and Compliance :
Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Incident Response :
Develop and maintain IT incident response plans.
Lead the response to critical incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Communication :
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on IT operations and projects.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT solutions accordingly.
Budget Management :
Develop and manage the IT operations budget.
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Vendor Management :
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology partners.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum Years of IT Experience - 18 Years
Proven experience in a leadership role within IT operations.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
Strong Telecom background with Operator or Service provider
Spanish and English fluent
