AREA SALES MANAGER - SPAIN SOUTH-WEST
We are currently collaborating with a international client of the packaging sector that is looking for a Area Sales Manager to strengthen and expand the company's current market position in the area of their responsibility by developing best sales practices and processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
The aim of the position is to keep and increase significant market share in the sales area, and manage and extend the market in the sales area packaging for food industry:
- Successfully strengthen the relationship with the existing clients in the area.
- Acquisition of new customers within the packaging sector in your region.
- Prepare quotations, offers, contracts including negotiations.
- Prepare budgets, follow up and action plans.
- Absolute focus on Client feedback and customer complaints.
- Use CRM system.
- Participate in campaigns and/or advertising, exhibitions etc.
Skills & Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in the packaging industry in the commercial area.
- Fluent in English (C1 written and spoken)
- Eager to learn and grow in the role and future career path.
Result oriented, Self-starter.- Negotiation skills, Market knowledge of the packaging industry in the sales area.
- Affinity with the product.
- Well known with the use of CRM systems.
Conditions and benefits
- Based: Spain
- Full-time contract
- Base salary up to 45,000 euros plus 10% variable
