The Hotel

Responsibilities
- Work with the rest of the Bar teams to ensure an ideal guest experience.
- Execute classic and modern cocktails on a world class level.
- Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives.
- Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Responsible to follow all cleanliness standards, as well as to comply with Safe & Sound guidelines.
- Assist the Bar teams in collaborating on the beverage menu.
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and seat availability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest focused hospitality.
- In-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
- Extensive understanding of wine, beer, and spirits.
- Have excellent judgment in the responsible service of alcohol.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good command in Spanish & English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage.
