The position lies within the Iberia business unit- with its office located in Madrid and is reporting into the Head of Marketing Iberia.
Rolling out the marketing strategy of our beloved brands and being an active part in activations and innovation projects will be your main mission.
You act as commercial project leader for innovation & renovation projects from idea to execution; executing and tracking of recently launched innovations.
In brief- you take ownership of:
- Leading the 360° Marketing and Brand Strategy- building ATL and BTL campaigns for a more than 100-year brand;
- Leading media planning for the brand- including channel choices & investment strategy;
- Bringing to life the media asset creation by building and leading an outstanding activation plan;
- Working side by side with creative and media agencies to bring new bold ideas to life in the market;
- Handling the full 360 launch plan for innovation- with positive relationship and influencing on their development with the CE Brand Build team;
- Crafting and deploy the PR & Influence roadmap to increase relevance a bring new news to our consumers;
- Budget management to ensure the achievement of targets and development
Qualifications
Hard Skillsand Capabilities
- University degree in Marketing
- Proven experience in Brand Marketing with strong functional marketing knowledge
- A deep passion for understanding consumers and brands
- Enthusiastic with a strong drive to build tomorrow’s business
- Creative problem solver in terms of finding opportunities- defining solutions and ways of working
- Strong proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
