Role Overview :
Our Data and BI teams are dedicated to supporting both internal and external users and customers, meeting their data and analytics demands.
We are committed to empowering internal leaders and stakeholders with access to data that facilitates informed decision-making.
Similarly, our customers utilize Safeguard Global analytical tools to gain insights into their international payroll and employee data, enhancing their ability to adapt, thrive, and effectively manage their global workforce.
We are currently seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in BI techniques and technologies, demonstratinga track record of successfully navigating complex analytical challenges.
How you will make a difference :
Leverage proven expertise in Domo (or other BI tools) for data analysis and visualization
Collaborate with internal users to understand and fulfill their requirements
Support clients using ourtools and solutions (currently on Domo), and assist in onboarding new clients by creating datasets, communicating with users, and conducting training sessions
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing.
Consolidate and validate datasets, enforce rules for standardizing and organizing datasets, and audit user activities
Provide high-quality customer care to both internal and external users
What will give you an advantage :
Analytical mindset with the ability to triage problems, understand data flows and transformations, and a keen attention to detail
Demonstrated expertise in Domo / BI platforms with proficiency in data analytics and visualization
Proficiency in SQL for effective data querying and analysis, along with strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Chart Builder, and general formulas
Proven working experience with data pipelines and ETL processes
Ability to provide seamless and continuous support to stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical users
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
Will be a Plus :
Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Statistics
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with PowerBI, AWS QuickSight, or proficiency in multiple BI tools (a major plus)
Working knowledge of statistical analysis using either Python or R
Understanding of the Payroll and / or HR domains
Experience with cloud computing, particularly AWS
