Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for an experienced leader and customer centric strategist to activate customer loyalty. This person will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience, maximizing lifetime value, and reducing customer churn.
The Senior Manager, EMEA Customer Loyalty will lead the overall customer lifecycle engagement strategy and champion full lifecycle campaigns and technical functionality that powers customer engagement and drives lifetime value. This person must be skilled at interpreting insights, working with internal and external partners to develop big and ground-breaking ideas, and adept at fleshing them out across channels/mediums to span the full consumer journey. S/he must be able to lead from the middle and manage a variety of stakeholders. This position is for a strong individual contributor with opportunity to build leadership abilities in a variety of ways. This role will support the Senior Director of Customer Loyalty Marketing in managing priorities across the business and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day interaction with Global Demand Generation leadership and cross functional partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner across Brand, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Customer Success, Content, Campaign Development and Execution teams to bring our retention vision to life, delivering measurable increases across lifetime value and retention rates, channel revenue goals, and brand affinity
  • Lead through strategic thinking and development while also showing excellence in execution; partner across the org to ensure every detail is considered and solved
  • Evolve our marketing capabilities by identifying opportunities to scale through innovation, optimization, and technology solutions
  • Ensure business requirements are met during project development
  • Ensure consistency of program requirements with cross functional teams across the business
  • Establish and monitor key KPI metrics that are tied to our financial impact
  • Contribute to long-term loyalty reinvention strategy

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience leading retention, engagement, and loyalty marketing with a minimum 2 years in management, mentorship, and leadership in a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the key drivers of performance and turn insights into action
  • Unflappable, solutions-oriented, collaborative leader
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; an influential storyteller
  • A natural problem solver, who is also intuitively analytical and creative
  • Obsessed with the customer experience; results driven
  • An agile thinker who is comfortable with flexing business needs and priorities
  • Adept at creating a vision, translating, cascading, and executing a plan
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business preferred
