Tareas
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include :
- Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
- Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
- Troubleshooting reported issues
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
Requisitos
What you need :
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- Native level of Danish (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy : the ability to work with different IT systems and programs
- Flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
- Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
