ABOUT THE ROLE

The mission of this position is identify problems, evaluate security issues, assess risk, and implement solutions to defend against threats to companies networks and computer systems.
The main duties are:
- Aligning cybersecurity with business objectives, and helping to determine what to protect and how to prioritise risks and assets.
- Leading and implementing cybersecurity transformation projects.
- Carry out different cyber security services, including risk analysis and maturity level assessments.
- Maximizing efficiency in system protection, networks, data, software, and information systems to guard against potential attacks.
- Integrating cyber resilience into all business processes.
- Take the lead in day-to-day monitoring for unusual activities, implement defensive protocols, and report incidents.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining security policies and documentation of security guidelines, procedures, standards, and controls to minimize vulnerabilities.
- Solve complex cybersecurity problems, provide gap analysis and recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Monitoring internet safety problems and working cohesively with IT departments to craft dynamic solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or similar.- Minimum 4 years experience in IT, security, risk management. Previous experience in management consulting firms or industrial companies is an asset.
- Experience with the most relevant industry standards, including ITIL, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Experience with the latest cybersecurity technologies and tools, industry developments and market trends.
- Be familiar with the company's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools and their lifecycle related to risk identification and management, action plans and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix and Windows administration, and system configuration.
- Recent experience in performing vulnerability scans, log analysis, security monitoring.
- Experience working on organisational change, with a proven track record of creativity and innovation, including proof of design of solutions.
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced level of English. Knowledge of German, French, or other languages will be a plus.

- Customer-oriented; ability to understand and handle customer expectations.
