We work with data every day to bring insights and guide the strategy of the Business Unit. We're passionate about understanding root causes, exploring new tools and techniques and acting as thought partners to our stakeholders.
From finding the right definition of success for our clients to understanding the drivers behind courier preferences and reducing manual steps in our everyday processes, we ensure the entire Business Unit is well-equipped to rapidly execute a clear data-driven strategy.
Reporting to , our International Data Analytics Manager, you will use your data fluency, analytical skills, and business acumen to help take Stuart to the next level What will I be doing?
- Improving Stuart metrics by analyzing day-to-day business evolution - we always welcome new ideas that help us grow even faster.
- Working on projects that will act as main drivers for the strategy execution of the international Business Unit.
- Implement corrective actions with commercial teams to improve client's experience.
- Build KPI dashboards and closely monitor the platform’s performance.
- Develop and optimize some data pipeline automation to allow fast scaling on the team and the Business Unit.
- Collaborate with our Product team to develop new features and algorithms to further optimize operations.
What do we need from you?
- years of experience in previous similar data analysis roles.
- Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
- Great analytical skills with proven experience in SQL and Excel.
- It is highly desirable to have experience working with Tableau and Python, but not mandatory.
- You have a creative way to look at numbers and you are able to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven person.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you want to learn by doing and you are not afraid of trying!
- Fluent English speaker
