As a Data Management Specialist , you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple systems.

You'll work with various stakeholders within the organization to drive data quality initiatives and ensure the data we rely on is fit for purpose.

Your key responsibilities :

Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

Perform complex data entry in SAP and other systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Gathers data from content owner and transfers data into a standard format for SAP-based ERP system.

Understands business data standards, policies and procedures and applies them appropriately to data.

Leads audits for compliance and improvement.

Conducts investigations to address stakeholder complaints.

Identifies needed improvements based on stakeholder feedback.

Makes use of specialized knowledge to assist customers in resolving problems.

Establishes and maintains credibility with the stake holders and co-workers.

Makes decisions as necessary to meet team and individual performance objectives with a continual improvement in performance.

Identifies alternatives to existing job tasks or processes and offers suggestions for improvement.

Studies best practices that can be applied to improve work tasks and processes.

Demonstrates self-reflection and solicits feedback from others regarding performance.

Monitor productivity rates, and swiftly address consistently low performance.

Designs and develops improvement programs.

Actively involved in coaching.

Determinesthe necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources needed to achieve short- and long-term goals.

Provide real-time feedback and guidance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degreein related technical field.

Chemical industry experience.

10+ years of relevant experience with SAP.

Expert at SAP GUI Scripting and mass load tools like MM17, LSMW, MMCOPY.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.

Expert Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Strong customer service skills which include active listening, setting expectations and communication.

Must be able to work flexible working hours.

Ability to travel up to 15%.
