More than 30% of the merchandise sold via eCommerce is returned. Retailers exhibit a poor customer experience and this operation costs them up to 48% of their revenue per product with most of the products ending up in landfill, as many as one truck per second in the world according to The Ellen MacArthur Foundation. Our first lever to tackle this issue has been to turnover reverse logistics profitability via specialized operational tech. We thus enable retailers to process eCommerce and Marketplace returns cheaply and get those products back to sales as soon as possible at the highest margin.
We build robust end-to-end reverse logistics solutions that are high-impact and engaging, we create a unique experience for the brands’ users and ensure deeper connections with them. We provide brands with unlimited data and insights, as well as the levers, to improve revenues and keep a sustainable reverse logistics chain.

We are seeking a passionate DevOps engineer to join our team. As DevOps engineer you will be responsible for architecting and managing our cloud infrastructure. As we are growing fast, your tasks will include designing and operating resilient and secure cloud and CI/CD automation infrastructure that allows our product to operate reliably and our engineering team to build and release customer facing features very quickly.
You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver scalable automation solutions to enable rapid development, configuration management of the source code and supporting test, deployment and production incident management activities.
- Design a secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Work collaboratively with engineering team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
- Automation of our CI/CD pipeline with the goal of one click deployments, rollbacks, and parameterized builds.
- Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure as code
- Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
- Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
- Constant collaboration and communication with other developers / colleagues to ensure delivery of expected milestones.
Required Skills (at least 3 years of experience):
- Technical expertise in designing and building AWS cloud infrastructure, with strong emphasis on deployments using infrastructure as code.
- Great experience with many AWS products including but not limited to EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc
- Skills with automation tools, e.g. Terraform, Ansible
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Experience managing and deploying container orchestration systems (Kubernetes), distributed queuing and streaming platforms (Apache Kafka), deploy database infrastructure (Relational and non-Relational)
- Knowledge of setting up monitoring, alerting and logging tools similar to Prometheus, ELK etc.
- Ability to produce well-written technical documentation
- Experience in startup environments a big plus
- Familiarity with Kubernetes monitoring tools a plus
