The Director Resort is responsible for distinctive
resort brand building and elevating the guest experience. Develop a compelling
brand and portfolio vision that ladders to enterprise portfolio strategy and
business objectives. Leverage business analytics and guest insights to create a
data-driven strategy for brand distinctiveness, positioning, and business growth.
Create robust go-to-market plans and partner with creative agencies and
internal marketing teams to see them through to execution. Operate as a senior
leader by forming highly effective cross-functional partnerships to drive
clarity and alignment around strategic work.
Roles / Responsibilities :
Implement the brand strategy to support the
holistic brand experience
Setting insight-driven brand strategy with
direct accountability for delivering business results
Being out front in identifying and acting on trends
relevant to our industry, brands, and guests
Play a critical leadership role to prioritize
key work streams
Support internal
training efforts to ensure all relevant corporate and theatre campaigns and
activities are on-strategy from a brand perspective
Collaborate with
different departments such as Quality, Marketing, Operations, Revenue
Management, Construction and Technical Services, Business Development
Competencies & skills

MBA preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business
management or related field required
