For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.
The candidate will be handling the administrative and technical questions from Belgian telecom company customers.
Requisitos
- Call Centre experience is an added value, but not required;
- Basic computer skills are necessary;
- Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
- Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).

Working hours: Monday - Saturday between 09:00 and 21:00 uur (in shifts). Part-time is possible but keep in mind that both training sessions are fulltime and that it is advised to work at least 32 hours per week in the first 2/3 months. After this period they could potentially work 24 hours per week.
