Job Description : Be responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees Be responsible for managing the agenda proactively, such as manage to get preparation meeting when required, chase the agenda owner +1 week before the d-day, check attendees and send reminder if no confirmation Keep good relationship with the Country Executive Assistants, as they might be very important to share information Perform various tasks in administrative support at the upper executive level Schedule executive appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for upper executive level employees, answering / screening / routing telephone calls and preparing expense reports and making travel arrangements Coordinate the administrative work within the department / division, working with other departments / divisions and companies Administrative work that is largely tactical and strategic in nature Usually work in multiple issues / projects Requirements Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.

5+ Experienced in general administrative skills and knowledge and able to support multiple emplyees' administrative need Willing to be regarded as the key administrative employee of the department and primary administrative employee in the division Excellent in verbal and written communication Fluent in English (other language is considered a plus)
