Votre challenge
Vous bénéficierez d’une formation et d’un accompagnement à vos débuts chez Videojet. Par la ensuite vous serez amené à :
Assurer l’installation, le dépannage et la maintenance de notre gamme d'imprimantes jet d'encre, transfert thermique et laser chez nos clients industriels et graphiques sur votre secteur.
Assurer un rôle de conseil auprès de nos clients en leur proposant des solutions d’optimisation de maintenance de leurs équipements.
Utiliser les systèmes informatiques mis à votre disposition pour réaliser vos comptes-rendus de visite.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la force de vente pour effectuer les essais et les démonstrations produits auprès de nos clients.
Soutenir les objectifs de revenus régionaux par la promotion des contrats de services supplémentaires aux clients.
Votre expérience
De formation BTS/DUT (Electrotechnique - Automatisme), vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience similaire en milieu industriel.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais technique et en informatique (pack Office et réseaux).
Rigoureux et autonome, vous vous distinguez par votre sens de l’organisation.
Votre dynamisme, votre excellent relationnel et votre sens du service seront vos principaux atouts pour ce poste.
Vous êtes idéalement basé dans les départements 89,45 ou Sud 77.
Déplacements
Déplacements chez vos clients depuis votre bureau à domicile sur votre territoire avec un calendrier pré-planifié de réunions d'équipe / client. Prévoyez des déplacements pour environ 75% de votre temps avec des nuitées à l’hôtel occasionnelles.

Your challenge
You will benefit from training and support when you start at Videojet.
Then you will be lead to:
Ensure the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of our range of inkjet, thermal transfer and laser printers at our industrial and graphic customers in your sector.
Ensure an advisory role with our customers by offering them solutions for optimizing the maintenance of their equipment.
Use the computer systems at your disposal to carry out your visit reports.
Work closely with the salesforce to perform product testing and demonstrations with our customers.
Support regional revenue targets by promoting additional service contracts to clients.
Your experience
BTS / DUT (Electrical Engineering - Automation), you ideally justify a similar experience in an industrial environment.
You have a good knowledge of technical English and computer science (Office pack and networks).
Rigorous and autonomous, you distinguish yourself by your sense of organization. Your dynamism, your excellent interpersonal skills and your sense of service will be your main assets for this position.
You are ideally based in departments 89,45 or 77 south.
Travel
Travel to your customers from your home office in your territory with a pre-scheduled schedule of team/client meetings. Plan travel for about 75% of your time with occasional hotel nights.
