Join our team within Group Functions division in Madrid (Spain) as FINANCE TRAINING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER to help us take the Finance Team to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for collaborating with the Finance team to create and sustain a captivating and inclusive repository of training resources covering all aspects of finance.
Assit in the communication and change management efforts for major initiatives across the Group and Divisions, while also taking charge of organizing events at the Group level.
Manage the finance section of the Company s intranet and oversee the global learning platform.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be :
Review and evaluate the existing "Finance Academy materials and update them based on the Finance function training needs.
All this in conjunction with the subject matter experts.
The goal is to developt content that is informative, engaging and aligned with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
- Review and refresh the "Onboarding for Finance" program for new joiners aligning with the global onboarding framework (global L&D team).
- Design training programmes to support the development of career pathways in alignment with the HR Business partner.
- Manage and keep up to date the Finance section in both, the Sulzer Intranet and the global learning platform, co-ordinating with Finance Executive Team and Group CFO on content and presentation
- Ad hoc communications and change management support to specific finance projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need :
- 5 years of experience designing, creating and delivering training programs (ideally with a finance orientation).
- Communication (written and verbal), change management, continuous improvement focus, collabotarion and team orientation, coaching and facilitator.
- Familiar with content creation tools and learning experience platforms.
- Support the creation of training and development strategies.
- Support business cases for learning investment.
- Languages : Excellent Professional English level (C1, 5º Escuela Oficial de idiomas or Cambidge Proficiency).
