What are we looking for?
We are looking for an intern that can join our Growth Team where you will be able to help the team analyze the main deparments of the company, optimize and improve processes, help the team achieve the company goals, impelement improvements of the daily activities of the departments, elaborate reporting documents, among other activities.
If you are looking for an internship where you can grow as a Growth Analyst, this could be your oportunity!
We need you to have:
- Studies in Engineering, Economics or similar.
- High level of Excel (VBA would be a Plus).
- High level of English (all our reports must be in english, so it will be part of your workday)
- We need you to have an analytical mind, feel confortable with numbers, data bases & tables.
- You'll rock it if you have a strong team-work spirit.
We want you to enjoy by learning:
- Jointly perform ad hoc analysis with the team so that we can improve our operational efficiency by making sure we always deliver the best service possible to our customer.
- Help with the constant improvement of our commercial operating model to be able to scale our processes, upgrade the customer experience and boost the service levels in the most efficient way.
- Support with the implementation of process improvements and tool/playbook development for our local commercial team so that we can take them to the next level.
- Support the sales team to ensure the correct achievement of the objectives set.
- Work jointly with the Product team to improve our commercial processes so that the team can have all the best tools to achieve their goals.
- Elaborate and update daily/weekly reporting dashboards to improve decision making.
