What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our Planning & Growth Department. If you want to participate by being the executing hand that helps to maintain our Hyper Growth trend and you have a good level of english... This could be your opportunity!
We need you to have:
- 3 years of experience in fast growing companies with a complex operations environment
- Experience with Data Warehouse tools, Data Discovery systems and complex forecasting tools
- Planning or financial sounding knowledge
- Essential fluent English (minimum C1)
- Customer focus and ability to work with key stakeholders within sales, marketing, product, logistics, finance, planning...
- We are looking for someone who is organized, able to prioritize and indispensable... good communication and presentation skills!
What will you do on a day-to-day basis at Bipi?
As part of the Planning & Growth team, you will be in charge of:
- Develop demand forecasts based on business patterns, promotions and trends
- Create and maintain demand planning systems to avoid stock-outs
- Identifying causes of forecasting errors and monitoring them on a weekly/monthly basis
- Analysis of demand problems to propose and implement forecast improvement solutions to increase profitability and sales
- Continuously redesign processes to increase growth
- Determine customer feedback for the study of new solutions and permanent re-engineering processes
- Monitor and report on complex growth, budget and strategy issues to management and support them with risk assessments and mitigation activities
- Assist in developing and executing financial and demand plans, analyzing variances to achieve business objectives
- Work in alignment with teams as well as business managers to ensure growth activities and furthermore for visualization and understanding of data and performance activities
