Our well-established client is looking for a highly experienced Guest Relations Agent to manage an exclusive portfolio of properties for short term rental in the Marbella vicinity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all guest relations, and be hardworking, a team player committed to offering prompt, excellent customer service in partnership with the property management and aftersales team.
Key Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in rental management.
- Must have experience of using property management CRM’s, excellent Microsoft Office and be computer literate.
- Must have experience in property onboarding and managing selected websites i.e Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip Advisor and social media platforms.
Must be experienced in dealing with HNWI’s and providing an exceptional level of service.
Regularly monitor competitors and the local rental market and devise strategies to maximise occupancy rates.
Undertake market research into new rental portals and negotiate prices.
Prepare rental quotes.
Track properties against forecasted or expected occupancy on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
Negotiate with concierge and service providers.
Good knowledge of the Marbella area
Ideally have worked in the tourism sector.
Fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken (Additional language a bonus)
Salary
This is a full-time position which offers 1500€ net plus high commissions.
Office-based position. Monday to Friday 9-6pm
