Field of activity
The Online Agency team is responsible for online services for private customers and aims to digitize the core services for this target group.
We do this "end-to-end", in cross-agency teams, user-centered and based on modern technologies. To successfully fulfil this mission, we are looking for new talents who share our passion for digital administration, gov-tech, user-centricity, agile working and the digitalization of processes.
Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and establish the "customer portal" or the "online pension application" as the "new normal", for example.
Your tasks
For our team we are looking for motivated developers with different specializations (frontend, backend, full stack) who would like to further develop the online services of Deutsche Rentenversicherung with us!
- You will supervise new and existing development projects in the area of online services for Deutsche Rentenversicherung
- To do this, you will analyze, evaluate and specify complex customer requirements and work with the relevant product teams and specialist departments and process any tickets that arise
- You will work in interdisciplinary, cross-agency, agile product teams with the aim of optimizing the online services of Deutsche Rentenversicherung for citizens
Front-end specific :
- User-centered design of user interfaces and interfaces
- Identification of optimization potential to increase user-friendliness
- Collaboration with the "Design System" team at Deutsche Rentenversicherung
Backend-specific :
- Further development of the backend
- Designing tests that ensure the quality assurance of IT applications
- Helping to shape the development standards at Deutsche Rentenversicherung
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study or have successfully completed vocational training, further education or training in the IT sector
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of software development
- Ideally, you have experience in front-end, back-end or full-stack development
- Knowledge of Angular, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML (5) as well as XML, JSON or knowledge of source management systems (e.
g. Git), JakartaEE, SQL, Oracle, Maven and experience with technical infrastructures (IT systems, interfaces, etc.) are an advantage
- Ideally, you have already been part of interdisciplinary, agile development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills round off your profile
