Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options in their native language. Sales Generation: Proactively generate leads, network, and engage with potential clients to expand the client base. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products, services, and industry trends to articulate benefits. Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding policy terms, processing claims, and resolving any issues proficiently in their native language. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service to foster trust and loyalty. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Qualifications:Fluency in English and one more language (from example – German, Russian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish).Preferred experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry.Excellent communication skills.Strong negotiation abilities and sales acumen.Knowledge of sales techniques, insurance products, regulations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
