Whole OtC (Order To Cash) process with the customer from order capture, order to invoiceprocessing and complaints management requests and
Customer interactions (Internal / External)
CSL performance : coordination with both Customers & Sales to reach excellence in ontime &in-full deliveriesCustomer
Complaints investigation
Order Capture (EDI, Customer vendor portal, Phone, )
Order Processing, Orders Management and s
upport Finance Team in Cash collection & overdueinvoice chasing / disputes if required
Give support with claims Management (Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound call)
Support with Amazon account management
SAP management to follow-up orders
YOUR SKILLS
Business Administration or similar educational background
Fluent level of english
