Respond to requests for assistance by providing an initial answer to resolve IT service-related issues or, if necessary, escalate helpdesk cases to the appropriate stakeholder.
- Track IT service-related concerns through documentation of problems, resolutions, and their status including the processing of requests.
- Maintain an official IT devices inventory and documentation of IT-service-related concerns for future reference.- Make recommendations for IT project implementation based on technical knowledge as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.- Preferably has one year of work experience related to IT Helpdesk.
