What to expect
Your tasks will include working in a highly qualified team to further expand and optimize the digital offerings of the City of Munich for its residents* in order to actively meet the challenges of a rapidly growing metropolis.
You will be responsible for the targeted expansion of attractive online offerings of the City of Munich and for the provision of city-wide platforms based on digital building blocks and tools.
Furthermore, you will assist in the conception of innovative offers, support the implementation and provide technical support for the introduction of new services.
In addition, you will represent the team on topic-related matters in municipal and external working groups.

You have
- a successfully completed university degree in computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or
- a successfully completed university degree with many years (at least three years) of professional experience in the IT field.
In particular, you bring with you
- Expertise : several years (at least two years) of experience in requirements analysis and conceptual activities such as the development and implementation of target group-oriented concepts, several years (at least two years) of experience in the field of organizational and technical process flows, analytical thinking and professional problem-solving skills.
- Result and goal orientation, especially organizational talent and strategic skills.
- Communication skills, especially communication strength and motivation skills
Advantageous are
Knowledge of legal frameworks and standards related to e- / open-government is an advantage.
