What you will do :
- Act as first line support for business related to the Salesforce platform;
- Monitor daily integration tasks, troubleshoot and solve issues;
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders business & development team in order to solve urgent production issues;
- Work closely with development team, report identified bugs;
- Perform data import / export tasks;
Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks.
We think you have :
- IT degree or equivalent work experience;
- Ability to work on projects independently, keeping track of many ongoing tasks simultaneously;
- Focused and responsible personality type, ability to follow procedures and guidelines;
- Willingness to carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling support tasks;
- Structured and constructive communication style;
- Fluent written and verbal English skills;
- Willingness to learn and grow;
You are a team player.
It is a plus if you have :
Previous experience working with Salesforce;
IT Service Desk experience (Atlassian products- Confluence, Jira and related plugins).
