Position Summary
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is passionate about data and with analytical skills. You will be joining a highly innovative team with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will work directly with the COO and different Managers in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment with an excellent projection to grow. What will you do
Support in data gathering, analysis, and visualization to monitor the development, performance, and maintenance of the organization, and help provide solutions for use, increased efficiency and quality, and to assist in organization growth
Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
Assist with project management for selected projects
Collaborate with the product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial, and/or operational data.
Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing, and reporting activities
Support COO in meeting preparation, coordination, and documentation
What do you need
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or data science, or related fieldStrong communication/interpersonal skills
Proven analytical background
Advanced Excel skills
Bonus points
Data visualization tools (PowerBI, etc.)
Programming skills (SQL, Python, etc.)
Experience in a similar role
Experience with ERP systems
