We are a dynamic company with a young International team, on a mission to become the leading AIDC reseller in the European market.
Our international commercial team is growing to help develop operations for the German team.
What you Will do Logiscenter :
Your tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring net-new business in Germany with the following responsibilities :
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
What we are looking for :
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sector
- Results driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in Germany or for German clients.
- Available to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferred
- Willingness to learn and grasp new business / technical concepts
What we offer :
Type of contract : Full-time
Hybrid mode.
Salary range : 30.000€ to 40.000€ gross / year (according to your skills, knowledge & work experience).
