Laboratory Engineer CE Certification
Quality dpt, Laboratory Test Automation Engineer
What you will do
The Quality department covers a wide range of activities within the company and needs to incorporate a Test Automation Engineer for the Software Testing laboratory.
Create and execute Automated Tests based on a requirements specification to ensure the correct operation of the software and compliance with defined quality standards.
How you will do it
Integrated in the Quality Engineering work team, the candidates will be responsible for :
- Carrying out tests under different methodologies; Electromagnetic Compatibility Tests (EMC), Electrical Safety (LVD), Mechanical Safety.
- Control and update of the regulations and standards applicable to our products.
- Maintaining and creating work and operating instructions to ensure the correct functioning of the laboratory.
- Perform automated software test design, based on the project requirements specification and test plans.
Create and maintain automated test benches for each project.
Generate results reports and report bugs arising from software test executions.
Design and execute performance tests.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Previous experience with Electrical Testing, EMC, LVD, Mechanical Safety is an asset.
- Previous experience with electrical and / or mechanical measuring equipment is an asset.
OR :
- Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or technological field.
- At least 3 years of experience programming in JAVA or PYTHON.
- Experience in testing frameworks such as JUnit or PyUnit.
- Experience programming in Selenium
- Familiar with the use of Jira, Bitbucket, Github or Gitlab
- Desirable experience testing REST APIs.
- Experience working with JMeter or similar tools is desirable.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Organization, Proactivity and orientation to results and team goals
- High English Level.
