We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Labor Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team!
This position will be responsible for :
Serve as the primary point of contact with our labor management agency and labor lawyers.
Conduct analysis and draft legal documents in the field of labor law.
Resolve labor-related queries from our team members regarding compensation, employment relations, social security, payroll, etc.
Configure and manage our HR software to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the People & Culture projects to implement strategies effectively.
Stay abreast of updates in labor legislation and relevant administrative acts.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources or a related field
1 year experience in labor relations, legal document analysis and payroll
Native / Advanced level of written and spoken Spanish & English
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Experience in HR software configuration and management is desirable.
You have a hands-on and an early stage mentality by willing to get your hands dirty.
You pay attention to details and you can demonstrate an interest working with law and tax
You are very flexible and you can do different tasks at the same time.
