CAE Parc Aviation is the global leader in the provision of resourcing and technical services to the aviation industry.

We are currently seeking a Line Maintenance Technical Representative in Madridon behalf of a Spanish airline, that operates long-haul flights, departing from the airports of Lisbon and Madrid connecting to the main airports of the Caribbean with a new generation fleet, with the latest technology and sustainability.

The airline is based in Spain, with its hub at Madrid Airport (MAD).

Key Accountabilities :

  • Candidate must ideally have very good experience and technical knowledge of aircraft (A330 / A350). Certifications will be valued
  • Candidate must be confident and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage collaboratively with suppliers, mechanics and MCC Team.
  • It is important to possess the ability to work well in high pressure scenarios on a daily basis and to be a leading team player.
  • Desirable minimum 5 years of experience in an airline maintenance department, or as a technical rep.
  • Deep knowledge of the functions described and technical knowledge of the aircraft.
  • Ability to work and understand technicians and able to negotiate and deal with the subcontracted part 145.
  • Ability to work under pressure and displacements.
  • Ability to travel for technical aspects and specific projects.
  • Advanced level of English, ability to hold technical conversations.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge in Airbus A330 and A350 type aircraft.
  • Knowledge and management of maintenance manuals from manufacturers such as AMM / CMM / IPC / MEL .
  • Excel expert user.
  • B2 / C1 fluent English speaking & writing.
  • Knowledge of OASES or airline MIS will be valued.
  • Knowledge of manufacturers maintenance manuals such as AMM / CMM / IPC / MEL
  • Extensive Part 145 knowledge
  • Fluency in Spanish

Desirable skills

  • Experience in A330 and A350 and certifications will be valued.
  • B1 license would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and management of maintenance manuals (AMM / CMM / IPC / MEL).
  • Knowledge of OASES or MIS from airlines.
  • Candidate must have ability to communicate and engage with teams and suppliers in high stress situations in a calm and confident manner.

Other information :

Location : Madrid, Spain.

Working hours : Monday - Friday (40 hour week)

Permanent position

Salary : based on experience plus other benefits.
