Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, ensuring operational excellence and cost-effectiveness. Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety, while minimizing waste and downtime. Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment procurement, to meet production targets and deadlines. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and components.
