Position requirements The professional we are seeking : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or a related field - Fluent In Spanish and English.
French is a strong plus - Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining training materials and a training code repository - Knowledge of Java, JavaScript / React and GIT for code management are a strong plus - Proficiency in configuring and managing business applications specific to training, including experience with e-learning platforms - Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of training programs - Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in training initiatives - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze training program effectiveness and implement improvements
