Purpose of the Job:

• Achievement of delivering the trains to the customer without open points after the trains leave the factory.
• Ensure good communication and good level of cooperation between the factory Supply Chain stakeholders and the on-shore teams and suppliers, to guarantee quick flow of materials.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with RS factory Supply Chain and Sourcing, the missing materials on the trains leaving the factory (missing parts, modifications, consumables, etc.).
• Coordinate with the project PI Logistics Coordinators, the needs of the depots and to manage them internally with the factory stock or by launching them within SAP so that the materials are served from the stock.
• Launch Purchase Orders for materials that cannot be fulfilled by RS Supply Chain.
• Manage the stock of materials received in the factory or in the external warehouse.
• Coordinate the shipments and packaging of the mentioned materials to the different depots.
• Manage the materials for modifications while there are trains in the factory, and as well coordinate with the FL07 suppliers the supply of bulk materials.
• Guarantee that all data in SAP is properly maintained and is in line with the real material flows.
• Collaborate with the PI Support Manager the implementation of new tools and ways of working to properly manage and monitor the PI logistics activity.
• Support the other PI Logistics Coordinators and Technicians with the consignment stock materials and repair loop.
• Manage Sales Orders to sell factory excess stock.

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics and warehouse (more than 5 years).
• Advanced use of SAP. Modules WM, MM and SD.
• General knowledge in transports, customs and international trade.
• Advanced Excel.
• Native Spanish, English valued.
