You will be responsible to plan and organize theresources required for the different steam turbines and generator outages,projects and possible breakdowns required to help our customers minimizingdowntimes and meeting Customer satisfaction and expectations.

- Managethe project throughout the planning, through execution until finalacceptance (FAC): relevant planning elements and milestone results
- Involvesthe relevant partners in the sales/finance/operation/quality and logisticsexecution phases
- Performscontract reading and derives actions concerningrisks, opportunities and contractual obligations
- Responsibleto source internally technical solution to reported issues.
- Manage CustomerRequirements: Manages customer expectations and solving of issues andactively gathers information on the customer and customer's strategies,requirements and targets
- Regularlyperforms lessons learned activities and feeds the results into ownproject and organization
- Manage projectfinances: Lives full responsibility for the financial results according toset targets, examines the project proposal/order entry costing and ensuresregular financial controlling and reporting according to regulations
- Identifiesnon conformances and minimizes non-conformance costs and ensures thatthe results of risk assessments are appropriately reflected in projectcalculation.
What You Bring
- A degreein Engineering or a relatedtechnical discipline.
- A minimumof three years of experience as Project Manager in cross-organizationalprojects.
- Experiencein Turbomachinery, associatedequipment and Industrial and Power Generation markets.
- Teamplayer and able to communicate multiple levelsof customers, peers and team members.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highwritten and speaking skills for English.
- Abilityto work in an accurate and structured way.
- Capabilityto be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quicklylearn new concepts
About the Team
You will belong to the team of Project Managerscurrently dealing with the Steam and Generators fleet from Siemens Energy whowill support you and coach you on the specifics of the job.
