From Winning Selection we're looking for a Project Manager- Coordinator, Org &Projects profile to join an important Financial Entity in Madrid.
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for mapping, optimization and creation of new processes - in accordance with current business needs and requirements
Preparation and implementation of internal regulations, procedures, instructions regarding business processes.
He / she will identifying needs related to internal regulations and business processes
Coordinating the process of creating, verifying and approving internal regulations, in accordance with the standards adopted.
The candidate will carry out project management activities in relation to project portfolio, in accordance with the methodology applied by the Parent Company.
He / She will be responsible of ensuring the achievement of the goals while respecting cost and time constraints. In the project management activity will support the stakeholders involved, will take care of the analysis and re-engineering of processes and problem solving, will define the necessary requirements for the implementation of business processes.
To succeed in this role, the resource needs the ability to develop consensus and define positions on critical policies and banking / financial related issues.
Knowledge and requirements :
The candidate should have already experience in project management and in process reengineering.
A previous experience from financial market is welcome.
Degree in related field.
Excellent and advanced knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word);
Broad knowledge and experience within the financial service industry and global / multinational marketplace.
Excellent strategic planning, influencing, negotiation, project management; Strong presentation, Influencing and negotiation skills.
Solid emotional Intelligence to interact with decision makers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Additional skills :
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent command of English , C1 level, oral and written.
Knowledge of Italian will be consider a plus.
