- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources
- Identify and manage project dependencies and risks
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and upper management
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule updates
- Make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Facilitate meetings and presentations as needed
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- High level of English and Spanish language, written and spoken
