We are now looking for a Project Manager to secure Ericsson execution success in the area of Cognitive Network Solutions. World class software using innovative technologies, such as Machine Learning, is a key enabler for efficient and high-quality services and software applications that help automate our customers network and design processes and provide a much better user experience.
As Project Manager you are responsible of drive change and strategy execution related to process, tools, and organizational changes. Accountable for definition, planning, execution and conclusion of operational and strategic initiatives, securing alignment with operational strategies and objectives with defined methods and tools. You will coordinate work plans for development teams located in different locations, drive common tasks execution, identify risks and secure alignment in the deliveries, supporting the teams to solve any dependencies and blockers. The role requires individuals to demonstrate team leadership as well as excellent communication skills. We expect you to drive continuous evaluation and improvement of our processes and ways of working and act with flexibility to find solutions better than yesterday. Within the role as Project Manager, you will be working with different stakeholders such as Product Managers, Program Managers, Team Leads, or Release Managers.
What you will do
- Plan, define and execute projects, driving needed change,
- Manage communication with business stakeholders, tasks coordination & management from the implementation phase to successful solution delivery,
- Manage project financials
- Monitoring of handovers between Implementations and Operations teams,
- Identify risks and actionate plan for mitigation,
- Follow up and report progress of the project, measuring identified KPIs
You will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar,
- Proven experience in IS Project Methodology, IS Project Governance Model (preferable PMP) and Agile Project Management (preferably Scrum, DevOps frameworks),
- 2-3 years of hands-on work experience in a project manager role including all aspects of process development and maintenance, designing development processes and their execution,
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to talk with various stakeholders (teams, business representatives, offshore teams) to chase work, verify quality statuses, etc.
- Ability to adapt to different WoWs and to service adjustments promptly and efficiently,
- Strong time and organizations skills
- Proven experience in projects with remote resources / multiple locations
It would be nice if you have:
- PMP
- Consultative skills
- Experience on Feature driven development (FDD) projects. Ideally knowledge on Ericsson’s F-Model
