Are you an outgoing and enthusiastic person with excellent administrative and communication skills? Do you speak native-level English and have a good level of Spanish? Do you have a passion for real estate? Our client is looking for somebody to join their reputable and fast-growing real-estate team in the Campoamor area, this is a long-term opportunity with a professional and friendly team.

Requirement

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level)

· Conversant level of Spanish minimum

· Excellent communication skills at all levels, excellent telephone manner

· Strong administrative skills

· Good IT literacy

· Professional, well-presented

· A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment

· Some real estate experience is preferred

· A self-motivated person who is reliable and trustworthy

​Responsibilities

· Provide all-round sales and administrative support to meet the needs of a busy real estate agency

· Marketing and advertising properties

· Arranging appointments with vendors

· Welcoming visitors to the office

· Take sales enquiries, gathering the correct information, passing on to the relevant sales personnel

· Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times, from initial enquiry through to aftercare

· Communicate with customers and stakeholders in person, by telephone and email

· General administrative and office support to meet the needs of the business

Package

· Permanent PART TIME contract, Monday to Friday 2pm – 6pm

· Salary €555 per month net

· Excellent long-term, career progression for the right individual
