Main duties: Delivery of budgeted targets assigned Coach and drive the field sales team, both sell in and sell out. Keep a relationship with assigned customers and prospects. Deliver specific projects. Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way Main areas of responsibilities: Achievement of Budget targets Set sales targets and minimum quality standards required to field sales organization Ensure that a maximum amount of merchants use the company’s services. Cross sell across accounts portfolio. Analysis of results vs. objectives, understanding reason for deviation and initiation of corrective actions when needed Ensure CRM (Salesforce), Datamining (MStrategy) and all sales tools are properly used as well desired working method is applied Report to the Company all significant competitor activities and market trends Relationship with customers and prospects assigned, as well as main stakeholders. Provide leadership and direction with clear communication to the field sales team Evaluate, grow, train and improve the field sales team.
