JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Business Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Area Manager
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: developing and exploring business opportunities in different market segment in SuZhou, implementing the sales plan, designing to achieve established sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sells and promotes moderately complex company products
• Achieves the sales target for responsible area
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• May develop and track project plans
• Develops and explore business opportunities in different market segment in the territory
• Develops relationships with key accounts and general customers
• Involves technical personnel to resolve customers' issues and problems as needed
• Attends seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s business

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
• A university graduate in science and preferably in medical laboratory technology
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of three years’ experience in selling with successful sales track record
• Previous experience in diagnostic industry is preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require business traveling in a frequent situation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position functions in a general office environment.
