The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and organised individual to join our Casino CRM team.

Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will support the implementation of the overall Casino and CRM strategy across all brands and regions.

We are currently experiencing an accelerated period of growth as a business and therefore this role will require somebody raring to go.

The main responsibilities for this role will include campaign planning, creation, optimisation, and analysis for casino campaigns across the group, including the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

You will be tasked with enhancing our campaigns by applying personalisation and / or dynamic content, relevant segmentation and A / B testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Methodically plan, create, and optimise BAU & Lifecycle CRM campaigns in conjunction with promotional planners, the sporting calendar, product launches and business objectives
  • Using data and analysis to continuously optimise campaigns ensuring we’re delivering customer-centric communications throughout all stages of a player lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Promotions team to support and execute multi-channel campaigns that help drive actives, retention and commercial uplift.
  • Assist in producing high quality campaigns that are innovative and relevant.
  • Provide support and / or appropriate training amongst the team.
  • Work closely with the wider CRM team to manage the wider campaign calendar, workload, review processes and support on new and exciting projects.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with core stakeholders (i.e. Promotions, Insights, Legal & Compliance).
  • To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven CRM experience
  • Knowledge and interest in the world of online casinos
  • Keen to learn with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Good understanding of CRM best practices & strategy
  • Natural inquisition to learn the ecosystem around you to improve performance
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to build working relationships across teams
  • Good HTML / CSS knowledge desirable (ability to edit existing code only)
  • Multi-channel experience (Email, push, SMS, pop-ups)
  • Due to expansion, we are additionally seeking applicants with Bulgarian or Dutch language skills!
