PRIMARY DUTIES

This individual will be involved in a variety of technical and business-related activities. The primary customer base served includes internal HR stakeholders.

Areas of focus include :

HRIS VISION AND LEADERSHIP 40%

  • Liaison to collaborate with HR business process and product owners to understand systems requirements, advise on solutions, and work with external workday consultants as needed to implement prioritized solutions.
  • Manages improvement projects such as user experience, designing best practices and streaming processes, and planning for potential integrations.
  • Manages Workday bi-annual release and collaborate with IT team to ensure system alignment with Workday’s technical roadmap.

Planning, testing and implementation for required features and prioritized optional features.

Supports the HR Process owners and system enablement within the respective Workday modules (HCM Core, Comp, Recruiting, Staffing, Talent, etc.

Highlight support and resources (training, Workday community, external benchmarking, etc.) to ensure the team has a foundational understanding of system optimization and capabilities.

  • Leads ideation of technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.
  • Actively engages in partnership with 3rd party Workday consultant as a key sustaining partner to assess, optimize and progress our Workday tenant.

HRIS MANAGEMENT 60%

Proactively maintains an effective working knowledge of our Workday configuration and provides a point of view on optimizing the H.

B. Fuller Workday configuration.

  • Evaluates, improve, and maintain standard system detail documentation / knowledge management.
  • Provides subject expertise and acts as the system owner of Workday modules including Compensation and Recruiting.
  • Troubleshoots problems and conduct tests to assist in issue resolution for unexpected results and internal process flaws.
  • Provides system support for all business areas including researching and resolving issues with role-based assignments and creating custom security groups to enable business process and reporting access to cross-functional users.
