Store Manager P. Banús
For our Puerto Banus store we're looking to fill the position of Store Manager on a permanent basis.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and implement regular action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager, to develop sales for each product category and client (both local and tourist).
- Understand the local business environment and its impact on sales. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen the relationship with VIP clients.
- Ensure that customer and prospect databases are adequate.
- Support and manage omnichannel activities (in-store pick-up, etc.) ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.
- Meet inventory accuracy, and review merchandise assortment on a regular basis Plan and act to optimise stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands.
- Execute all procedures and processes defined by the company.
- Comply with stock protection and maintain loss reduction standards.
- Achieve financial targets by proposing action plans and be able to adapt quickly and effectively to any situation.
- Recruit passionate people and promote the growth and development of the team in terms of delivering excellent customer service, specialised to transform every customer experience into dream moments.
- Develop meaningful and loyal relationships with customers through personal connections and CRM initiatives, as well as ensuring the implementation of OTB standards (Sales Ceremony, Visual Guidelines, Grooming, procedures, etc.).
- Maintain momentum towards long term strategy despite short term pressures, while developing strategic plans to achieve long term shop and organisational goals.
- Analyse CRM data, propose in-store CRM activities using the data, propose and implement activities to win new customers and retain existing customers.
- Liaise with Department Stores, shopping areas and neighbourhood shops to exchange information.
- Establish and maintain a security management system for shop premises, stock and equipment.
- Respond appropriately in case of disasters (earthquakes, fires, typhoons, theft, etc.).
- Plan and implement sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and training.
- Streamline workflow and create staff shifts.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of shops (window displays, furniture, lighting, etc.).
- Analyse and report on sales, competition, regional, market trends and other variables.
- Establish and maintain effective Visual Merchandising based on their guidelines.
- Good relationship with influencers and VIPs.
