Missions :
- Look after payables to hotels and the financial commitments of our company.
- To manage different information's systems.
- To maintain spreadsheets and database.
- To organise payment to suppliers.
- To do bank reconciliation.
- To do accounting reconciliation and monthly closing.
- To follow up hotels payables accounts.
Qualities & required competencies :
- Native in Spanish. Fluency in French and / or English is a big plus
- High level of Microsoft office, especially in Excel.
- Open minded, multitasking, organised, with great communication skills multi software & able to deal with deadline plus.
Training :
3 years of higher education specialising in finance / accounting / business administration / economics or similar.
