About the Position:You will be going to work every day but we can be flexible with the hours as we have two other Office Managers who will share the position with you. The rest of the time we would like for you to have clients for sale and rent. You will have to coordinate our rental department and make sure we get min 12 rental deal in a month. You will also need to get back to clients weekends and help us with the inbox etc. If you have experience with coordination and management you can get the position as an office manager. You could start as an intern for 6-12 months to learn everything first. You will learn about management and coordination, and you will have to help us run our rental department and be good with younger people. You will have to organize our team so you make sure the whole department meets the goal. We have four Office Managers fixed, who alternate being in charge of our office and use the rest of the time on getting deals in. Job Requirements: You must be fluent in written and spoken English and SpanishYou need to be a fast learner and ready for managing 5-7 young people ( 18-23 years old)You must be older than the team your managingYou must be able to get us minimum 12 rental deals a month. You must be amazing on computers and be 100% digital aware!You need to be ready to be a manager and work on weekends. You must be team-orientedYou must be able to work a minimum of 6-12 monthsYou must be confident enough and prepared to answer the phone dailyYou must be prepared to solve problemsYou must communicate very wellYour Daily Responsibilities:In the Morning:One OM needs to be in the office about 10 minutes before the team arrivesMake coffee, tea and make sure the office looks open and clean. Also, un-forward the phoneA OM needs to help the JOM check the main inbox and respond to clientsDuring the Day:You need to have rental meetings every day"You help distribute our clients and keep track of who has which client. "You need to help both the rental team and the sales team with talking to owners and setting up visitsHelp carry out Flat Finds, make sure the team find 2-3 new apartment for rent every day. Make sure the Upcoming Calendar is carried out everyday and that we are aware of the apartments coming back on the marketWe need to make sure that everything on our database (Sooprema) looks professionalMonthly Responsibilities:You are required to find 6 Flat Finds a month - and make sure the team gers min 20 a month in total. If you have 12 CFFYou will work for 4 hours on a Saturday/Sunday at least once a month but not more than twice a monthCommission: A Rental Manager will receive a fixed salary from 400 euros. 2000 a month plus commission. Depending on your experience in admin and in real estate. If you reach the goal, you get 1000 extra plus commissionIf you have a lot of experience and can help us grow we can negotiate a better fixed salary. We like a part of the salary to be commissioned as it motivates people to make it in a different way. IYOU MUST HAVE SOM EXPIRENCE IN HOW TO COORDINATE A TEAM.
