These will be your responsibilities :
- Assess large-scale water resources together with the team's experts.
- Be in charge of environmental and remote sensing data.
- Contribute to reports and publications.
- Collaborate on projects related to floods, droughts and / or groundwater resources assessment .
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for experts in Earth / Environment / Water Science, Geography or Climate Change with a background and interest in hydrology .
We need experience in :
- Knowledge of hydrological principles.
- Python , geospatial data management and time series.
- Excellent communication skills and an advanced level of English .
- Continental / global data or navigating data-poor environments.
- Numerical and statistical analysis skills
We will also value previous experience and knowledge in :
- in hydrology / water resources or experience in Earth observation data processing.
- Hydraulic or coastal modeling.
- Climate modeling , climate datasets or hydroclimatic risk assessment.
