How you will make an impact by :
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot Business Systems, interfaces, and configurations (includes testing and researching).
Ensuring data accuracy / integrity.
Assess business needs of assigned functional areas. Determine which business processes to re-engineer or automate. Develop and propose technology solution options.
Identify, design, and implement information systems to meet business process requirements.
Configure and test systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.
Develop functional specifications for system features and reports.
Document technical designs utilized to implement features and reports.
What you'll need (Required) :
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field + 4 years of related experience OR Master's Degree in computer science or related field + 2 years of related experience
What else we look for (Preferred) :
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator and / or Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator
1+ year of experience configuring Salesforce.com platform.
1+ year of experience documenting requirements and articulating business analytical artefacts
Ability to manage and collaborate with diverse cultures and nationalities.
Experience working in a global, Agile environment. Jira experience.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal relations, written and verbal communication skills, project management skills.
Possess and display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility and detail-orientation.
Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation. Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systems.
Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation. Experience with Good Manufacturing / Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes.
Experience with enterprise information systems including ERP, PLM, CRM, QMS (such as JDE, SAP), PLM (Teamcenter, Agile), MES (such as CAMSTAR, APRISO), CRM (such as Salesforce.
com) APS (such as JDA, Manugistics, i2, SAP), QMS (such as Pilgrim, TrackWise, Master Control), LIMS (such as Labware), Calibration and Maintenance (such as Blue Mountain or Maximo)
Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors.
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence / control.
