DirecciónYou will be a key member of our Global Sales Coordination & Support team, a function whose main motto is the bridgebuilding of knowhow and data between the sales community.
You will be providing guidance, tools and framework to our Sales Team to enable them to successfully sell turbines while at the same time mastering data collection & analysis for the proper planning of the sales strategy of Nordex.
This role will strongly interface with the entire Sales and Operations Team.
YOUR TASKS :
- Steering of the sales planning & sales budget process and consolidation of short and mid-term order intake forecasting & strategic quantities
- Driving the Global Sales forecast & reporting
- Providing key financial information and analysis on sales & operations planning activities.
- Supporting in the developing & maintenance of department system & tools
- Close cooperation with the extended sales team, Operational planning, Corporate Controlling and the higher Management
- Inspiration of the operative global Sales organization via reports, analysis, sales calls and trainings

YOUR PROFILE :
- University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, Math, Data Engineering or comparable
- Several years of working experience in Sales, Controlling or similar
- Strong Excel, SQL and PowerBI skills required.
- Analytical, well-structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of complex business processes
- Capability to interact with people at different levels.
- Ability to work in a team, communicate and steer constructive discussions.
- Proficiency in English language required, additional languages are a plus.
